It has been ... abit of a kerfufle ...

I've had bullshot up to here with Admin problems ...

A European based Portal/Distributor has refused to pay me because they ... don't pay individuals, only corporations ... one bloke - in his bedroom - making indie games ... --- that's not marketing bullshot, it's reality ... we shall wait and see on this one ... but it cost me 2days in spam and stuff ...

I've had Klingons on my starboard bow ...

I've had delusions of grandure ... but let's face facts ... that's nothing new ;)

or just register a one man company at companies house...

Its probably because they pay 100% and dont want any liability over taxes etc

Although you would think they would check this before selling a third party software ...

Don't know in the UK, but if you register a company in NL and you're the only person working; it's still a company! Else you could go for a HongKong Ltd.

Here in the U.S you can register a company with only one person...I have done this with previous ventures and going to do it agian soon. But that is here in the U.S.

Yes, Nils is right. Here in NL you can register as a 1 man company. The only thing you have to keep in mind is, that if you go bankrupt, your debts will also be paid from your private properties.
