Site Active.(Licence changes (public domain) in effect)

Somewhat dramatic but, honestly, I did not want to do a whole blog explaining why I dropped the site AND the free stuff. Simple answer: I needed to PHYSICALLY change the license and REBOOT the website to make everything official. SO, it did have any correlation to what was happening in the posts or anything. (Trust me, I am a grown man... I can take some negative press.) It was about making ALL the packs match my intention for Public Domain. (I was a bit stupid and did not think to change the included license to PD prior to releasing things as PD)
As for the 'negative' stuff.
@everyone; All is good. I honestly hope you do not get the the frustration point that I was at. All is good on my side.
So, License issues are fixed and the site is live again. Sorry for any delays and 'inferred' drama. All my 3TD packs are available under the Public Domain so HAVE FUN, ENJOY AND ABOVE ALL, USE THEM! Cuz you pure programmers and scripters kinda stink at ART! Also, here is something you all probably did not expect... an NEW free pack coming soon.... yep... I might be stepping back from dev... but I am still working.

Advertising on LinkedIn can't be surely effective enough; You start offering your products on Turbosquid for example, and advertise on sites game developers truly visit. Even if you decide to turn over your biz into a different direction and keep making assets as a hobby, you'll be able to earn some lousy bucks. Like Duion said; most art is indeed only a call, rather the something you can get rich from.
The amount of visitors on your website is not as important as the conversion (actual sales). 149 can be a lot if 1/2 of them would buy something.... but there's no webshop that has this amount of conversion!!! Your current site looks good, but is looking more like a showcase rather then a webshop. Even if it is a shiny shop; the amount of products you offer won't be enough to draw people to your site. So again; use the channels that already are known in the market if you decide to sell things again.
Some thought; If T3D is crawling back out of the pit, offering fully T3D supported models on Turbosquid could be a good thing, since those are pretty hard to find!
*So stop try to "kill" your self for attention or whatever

At first I thought it was pointed to me since I used the words 'social media suicide' in another post a few days ago. Or, was it meant for me as well? Anyway, just trying to help you with my time, writing...
I'm a couple of weeks away from finishing non-game projects to have a bit of a cash-flow. As you know I'm a one-man-show my self, and really could need more hands on deck. If you find your self in the future still drawn to T3D (like a marriage), then drop a mail or something. I'm not leaving this mission (as stupid as it might seem)! That would be something like losing ones religion ;)

There's no need for further comment on this, that's just kicking someone when they're down. Thread locked.

But if you would get an average of 1$ for each one who downloads your stuff, this would still be much money and this calculation is more realistic.
You could set up a donation button, paypal, flattr or so, there are people willing to donate some little amounts, so not everything is in vain.
And I think 149 visitors each day is not much, if you would advertise this in all related communities you could get thousands.
