Hey all, I just wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the things that people have been publishing in our store lately. There’s a lot of great stuff that developers have been pushing out for a little while now.

The great thing about posting about art packs, is that I do not have to come up with my own art! This is image and video heavy, so sit back and enjoy some of the great work that developers have been putting in our store!

Tropical Rainforest and Conifer Packs
Ronald Kapaun is a man who knows his foliage! He has two amazing packs available in our shop and another one on the way. When it comes to creating beautiful outdoor environments, his packs are top-notch.

Tropical Rainforest Pack
The rain forest pack has trees, plants, rock formations, skyboxes, terrain textures and audio files. All of the trees and plants work with wind emitters, allowing for realistic movement.

Conifer Pack
The conifer pack includes 10 different trees, 8 plants, 5 varieties of rock formations, 2 smaller stone formations, ground cover textures, skyboxes, terrain textures, and audio files! It's a huge pack filled with great content!

Adam deGrandis’ Effects Packs
Adam has been extremely busy lately! As a former artist at GG, he knows how to make things look great in Torque! He has released both Lifelike and Toon effects packs for Torque 3D.

Ditto. It will be a perfect match for the prototype I am working on!

Cool stuff!
But not as cool as Mr.Bergman's cat playing guitar avatar ;)

Very cool. Thanks for putting my stuff out again! I also have to shout out to the 2D people, very nice stuff. I have been considering purchasing itorque but honestly I have never played a game on ipad and if it does not contain the word "starcraft' or 'diablo' (MMMMMMMM 15 May can not come soon enough!!!) I have never played a 2D game. Sad I know.....

Good news is I do have another pack in the works and this one will be pretty cool I think.(Hint: think 'game' versus 'demo' as just one example) More to follow on that in an upcoming blog post. Also noticed that MANY functions of T3D have little to no documentation! Yes I read the docs all the time. I see there is a serious need to document some of the 'lesser' known features. Perhaps a good old school YouTube video is in order (once I figure out what the hell I am doing). Anyway, thanks Dave for putting this out there. I know I don't speak for all of us that contribute to the store, but I myself am really impressed by how great the entire team has been.

Thank you
Ron

Great packs I will definitely have to pick these up! Every bit of art makes a difference in development time especially when it is plug and play;)
