Join us today (Feb 3rd) at 12:00PST (20:00GMT) for an hour long contest. You goal is to build a paradise...a proverbial zen garden. Kick back, relax, and build an environment in T3D where you would like to be other than work today. When you are done, post a screenshot as a comment on this page to enter yourself into the contest. Posts after 1:10 PST will not be eligible.

The winner gets $179 in credits in our store for any first party products. Don't worry, our employees are not eligible.

Honestly, there is no other place I'd rather be than at my desk in the GG office. That means I have to operate outside of the bounds of normal relaxation. What's the one thing that's always on my mind? Where do I go when I am frustrated? What is my source of joy?

You saw this coming:

I made this screenshot because an hour wasn't enough time to make a scale model of Indianapolis. Just pretend that it's the outskirts of the city (even though I'm sure it looks nothing like this at all).

I just started working with L3TD for another project. As for where I'd like to be, one of the things I haven't done yet since arriving in Vegas is climb one of the local mountain peaks. Here is my simple L3TD scene loaded into Torque 3D with a view from the bottom and the top of the mountain.

Here's mine, couldn't find a proper heightmap for the land the family cabins are at so I had to mock up my own cabin in the woods with a fishin pond.

Not necessarily "where I want to be," but it wouldn't be bad exploring ancient statuary in a magical foggy gear land.

I know it's very late, but I was messing about with Bryce.

I made the terrain quickly in Bryce (first one I've done)

I'm going to spend more time on this...

I'm calling Photoshop shenanigans on the artist entry...that fog looks a bit more volumetric than I would expect.

Edit:Apparently, Elie only edited the eyes...the fog is Torque.
