Working on a TDS for TGB - For the Moon King

For about the past 2 years off and on, I have been working on this game with an artist friend. Originally we were going to develop it for the Xbox 360 using XNA. Since Torque X wasn't really available for that, everything was coded from scratch. For various reasons I have begun to port my game over from XNA to TGB.
One of the biggest reasons is that the performance of my code on the Xbox made it unplayable. So we decided to put the Xbox release on hold and launch on Windows. While we could still use XNA for that, I have had a license to TGB for a long time and thought, hey I'll use it! :D
Here is a trailer:
(made using the XNA version)
You can check us out on facebook.
So far, with the aid of the Adventure Kit I think I've made quite a bit of progress in that direction. If you haven't caught it from the video, the game is in top down perspective. It's designed to be a twin stick shooter, tho on this version you will also be able to target with the mouse. It's a Wave based survival game, you are an Elven archer who serves the Moon King. Your job is to kill as many invading goblins as you can and reclaim the stolen Moon Crystals. There is no experience, but there is a shop to upgrade your arrows, powers, armor, etc. So some RPG-ish elements.
I plan to release any tidbits of code that I can to the community here as I develop them, tho many of them will have to be in the Adventure Kit private forums, so you'll need to pick up a copy since I'm using that as the foundation.

For #1 the idea is that the goblins would sort of get cover that way, but you still need to see yourself. Do you think they should fade slower or have any suggestions to make it less annoying?
For #2 perhaps it'll make you feel better to know the entire game is based on that very phrase. Just in my mind, of course I don't want to infringe on copyrights... however there is custom audio saying "For the Moon King!" and "For Lunarian!" so you can look forward to that. I guess I need to get that worked into a video :D

Torque 3D Owner Foestar
1.) The tree fade on hit seems like it can get a bit annoying.
2.) I was slightly disappointed in hearing the title "For the Moon King" and not hearing the Moonguard from Warlords Battlecry say "For the Moon King!" in his amazing voice...... lol, but don't let the second one deter you any. I'm just obsessive with that game.
But on a serious note, good job and great video.
