Yes abosolutely, Its no problemo,
iPi exports 7 different flavors of BVH including Blender..
FBX BVH and Dae export of your own imported bone structure is also available.

Can you define your own bone structure? Can the motion and bone structure be imported into Blender?
It took me a minute to even determine what this was. The first link I clicked went to a purchase page. Maybe a short description at the start of the blog?
