Introducing the Modern Air Combat Starter Kit (MACSK), for Torque 3D. It gives developers all the basics to start their own air combat game using T3D. MACSK includes the following features and more:

In the video, I'm controlling it with an Xbox 360 controller. There is a special mouse control system in place to work like a d-pad as well.

This looks great, Adam. In the video, is the target plane controlled by AI or another player? If it's another player, do you have any plans for implementing an AI system for enemy planes?

The aircraft in the video is human controlled. The first update for the kit that will be for T3D 1.2 support will also include friendly and enemy AI aircraft as one of the feature additions.

Those clouds are epic. Are they just supersized particles?

The clouds are actually the billboard shapes from the South Pacific demo. Ive setup ground cover objects and assigned the cloud shapes to and set the offset to be high so that they are above the terrain. The clumping feature with ground cover is also really nice too for big random cloud volumes.
