T3D Lock On Target and Swap Character Feature

Finally got lock on working after failing with the algorithm. There are still issues when locking on to moving characters, the character jitters...
But at last I have just about all of my adventure functionality working.

Double Jump
Lock On Target
Changing Character In Map
Guess its time to start making a final look for "Hunters Town". Test out some NPC's, Zone triggers. Stores, Day/Night Transitions, Music Transition! I feel like a bolder just exploded! Let's keep em MOVING!

I like the movements you did at the player. How i see, your radar/compas also don't works... hopefully some one get this resource work in final 1.1

Thanks all, and also I'm making my own radar based on npc types. I already use a scanning feature to detect interactions with NPCs and lock on able objects. Just going to use. That for the radar.
