This is a test using my old RPG Character Set, this is a demo of getting the work flow of my random character generation to work.
You have the ability to mix and match custom parts into one character. Randomize height, name and organize characters.
Next up is character redesign and better variety in parts.
More test with merging individual biped skinning.
Work has seemed to slow down so I'm looking to apply my self to this full blast.

Cool, realtime customization of models is one of the few reasons I would consider developing in 3D. Will be fun to watch this develop.

does all the part are within one dts or are "mouting" all the part on nodes?
How did you manage the hitbox when scaling your character? are they link or the hitbox will be the same all any characters?
