A Happy Thanksgiving comes my way...

<Smiles> Not every blog I post has to be gloomy.

The past couple weeks have seen a very pleasant holiday, and the release of our newest game, Chalk Walk, on our website. This game was the brainchild of one of our newest students and he really outdid himself. It's the story of a person who gets sucked into a magical moving chalkboard with his trusty skateboard. You have enchanted chalk and must create the ground beneath him before he gets to the edge - otherwise it's game over!

It requires a lot of skill to navigate the board, which keeps moving constantly. If our intrepid hero touches either end of the board or falls through a hole it's game over. And you have to constantly work to renew your supply of magical chalk from various places on the chalkboard in order to keep drawing.

If that isn't crazy enough there are obstacles to be circumvented.

It's creative, really challenging, and a lot of fun, and I hope you will check it out over at the Pariah Games website.

The website itself is getting a bit of a facelift as well. We are adding some additional info about each of our games and working on adding in-game screenshots so you can see what they are like.

And, at a buck a game, they are one of the best bargains in town.

We are going to begin previewing our upcoming games as well. Will be including screenshots, estimated system requirements, and a bit of the storyline to help you get an idea of what our upcoming games are about.

Hope you drop in to check us out.

For those who have been following my wife's progress, she has recovered form the allergic reaction, and is starting on a new course of treatment for the final phase of her cancer therapy regimen. We won't know how effective the treatments were for at least another month, but she seems to be getting stronger with each passing day. I remain optimistic.
