Currently implemented in the JKAP Tge Tech demo:
> Health/ammo/compass HUDs
> projectile weapons (shotgun and rifle)
> New gun models: A shotgun, a SMG (a la mp-5), a sniper rifle and a pistol.
> simple AI clients(just a dummy that spawns so i can test the potency of my guns... :)
> NEW PLAYER MODEL!!! i finaly did it... now to finish the animations on the silly thing ;)
Engine Updates (aka not going to be in the demo):
> Vehicles (Flying and wheeled)
Works in progress:
> animate the player model
To complete before Posting demo:
> skin selection
Look for the demo sometime around the end of feb 2002.
Status of JKAP Games:
Did a ton of work this past week: 4 new gun models/textures, 4 new scripts for the guns, and a new player model. woo. i love the milkshape.
Priority of stuff to implement:
> Models: got the 4 weapon models done and go the player model done. woo. now for animation
> skins and their selection: As for skins, ill have them after the player. as for the selecting of the skins, ill have that after i have skins.
More personal stuff:
Back to school. woo. not. As far as computer classes go, im taking cs232 (algorithms and data structures) and Operating systems. Maybe that will get me to want to port my demo to *nix systems ;)
