Digital Lightstorm Returns from the Ashes...

Welcome again one and all,
Well, here it is. I'm happy to say we're back up and running almost full steam ahead now. We have the site back up and going with the forums thanks in a huge part to Mike Rowley for hooking me up with his skills, the site could not have come back as fast without him working over the weekend to help bring this to par again. Thank you Mike! Kudos to you my friend!
Also, we're in the process of adding my ambient sound packs to the site in our new online store... once we get that figured out and bug free, we will move it to a beta stage and everyone can come over and check it out and let us know what they think. When we open it, we will be offering discounts on all the packs, even the new ones for a full 34 hours! This is to say thank you for being supportive of our efforts.
The list of great people keeps growing, we would like to welcome back Andrew, our lead programmer who has done an amazing job on the game so far. Without him, we would be stuck. He is a great asset to the industry and to us. Thanks Andrew for coming back man!
Ok in other news... we have decided to move the game Beyond The Abyss over to the T3D engine. I know this is more complex then what we wanted but we feel it will be a strong investment into our future as a gaming company. The team is a good lineup and we're like family anyways which is a plus. What more could you ask for?
We are in the process of making a new look for the site. We will be holding a contest for Digital Lightstorm Studios on a logo contest as well as a Hobby Farm Studios logo contest. We are still figuring out what the prizes will be but this will be upcoming in the next month or two... So if you would like to enter, please drop us a line at will_zettler@dlsstudio.com and send us your logo! One entry per contest please.
The winning logo will be shown on Halloween 2009 with the new look to the site. Winners will receive a copy of any two ambient packs by myself $45 value! Logos need to be in no later then Oct 15th, 2009 to qualify for this. We are looking for logos for both Digital Lightstorm Studios and Hobby Farm Studios, so enter today and best of luck! The site will launch Halloween Night...
I expect to keep doing trance music as well as Ambient sounds for my new coming CD's. I will continue to make club tracks and dance tunes along side these music areas in gaming. I'm working on putting out a limited edition collection called Collection Completed of all my 13 Ambient CDs where I will sign personally the first and only 100 copies. More on that later...

Thanks Will. I got plenty of rest at work today after all the Work to get the site back up. (just kidding.) Backups work wonders for getting things back up and running fast. :-p
