Don't post often, but thought these would be worth a couple of minutes to share. In case you haven't seen this, it looks amazing. Too bad it's over a year away from release:)

The second quick share is 10 Thinking Traps from litemind.com/thinking-traps/
These are great if you're working in a team environment. It's easy to point them out and easier to deal with once you can codify it.
1. The Anchoring Trap: Over-Relying on First Thoughts
2. The Status Quo Trap: Keeping on Keeping On
3. The Sunk Cost Trap: Protecting Earlier Choices
4. The Confirmation Trap: Seeing What You Want to See
5. The Incomplete Information Trap: Review Your Assumptions
6. The Conformity Trap: Everyone Else is Doing it
7. The Illusion of Control Trap: Shooting in the Dark
8. The Coincidence Trap: We Suck at Probabilities
9. The Recall Trap: Not All Memories Are Created Equal
10. The Superiority Trap: The Average is Above Average
I've been guilty of every single one of these. I think we all have. Highly recommend this article series to both solo flyers and team players.
Another nugget dropped at the end of the article:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cognitive_biases
How many problems do these biases and traps cause for your work progression? How many can you raise your hand for and say 'I do (did) that'?
