Plan for Mark Frohnmayer

New mission editor feature - Terrain Texture Painter (selectable from the Window menu). This allows you to see graphically which textures are applied to the current terrain, change, add and paint textures.
Check it out - there can be some strange graphical glitches when you try to add more than 4 terrain textures (terrain blend maps allow only 4 textures each), but other than that, it seems pretty solid to me. Post feedback and bug reports to the forums.
As with the other mission editor changes, you'll have to sync to the current version in CVS to get this feature.
