Woah... a new job

I'm not a regular blogger, actually this is my first, but I've got some exciting news, I just couldn't keep to myself. I have just been offered a job in the AAA-gaming industry.. :)
I've been offered a job at Danish developer Io Interactive, creators of the Hitman, Freedom Fighters, and Kane and Lynch games! They've hired me to do UI coding. All that remains now is to discuss salary and sign the contract.
Little over two years ago I founded Twintale Entertainment with my twin brother and have released a couple of games so far using TGB. All that hard work over the years looking at gaming technologies, developing games, etc., finally paid off!
I've had many people tell me what a fantastic place Io was to work for, so I'm very eager to meet my new co-workers. Can't wait to get started. :)
I just wanted to share the great news with you guys! Thank you for the help during the years, both to the GG staff and community members!

if you're so happy, it's because you're not a true entrepreneur ... so better go and take the job ...

Javier, I think what you said is a fallacy... I, for example, had to take a job at a non-game related company when I graduated, understanding that I must have at least some experience as an employee to act as a leader.
That experience provided me the basis of project and staff handling, best coding practices, etc. My current work as an independent developer is greatly influenced by that time as an employee.
You just have to make sure you choose a good company.
So Martin, good luck and make sure you learn as much as you can!
PS: blog about it!

You see that even in this period of credit crunch, the good people still get hired. I loved the first Hitman game by Io, and they seem to be quite stable as a studio. Congrats!
