GarageGames a major sponsor in SpeedGame Challenge

It's hard to believe that 4 years ago we had our first SpeedGame, with developers (professional and amateur) around the globe quickly piecing together a game in 2 weeks (or less) based on a predetermined theme. This years SpeedGame is looking like the best of the bunch!
The goal is simple: to create a quick, fun game focused on different aspects of Christian teaching (either moralistic, theological or both)
to promote Christ, Christian Games and Fun!
Over those years we've had many sponsors, but one that keeps on coming back readily is GarageGames. Offering up a large assortment of free licenses: TGEA, TGB, TGE - to the lucky winners of one of our 4 categories (Fun, Creativity, Polish and Christian Teaching).
This year when I dropped a message to Matt at GG I asked them if they were interested again this year. His answer completely blew me away: not only were they interested, GG was offering TORQUE3D PROFESSIONAL, their latest, biggest, baddest indie engine on the block along with iTORQUE -AND- TGB! I absolutely could not believe it.
Today we launched the speedgame.christiandevs.com website, showing off the theme and a whole bunch of information. Developers have from now until June 12th to design the game and then from June 13th to 27th to develop it. So if you're up for a challenge to snag one of this years fantastic GG prizes, hit the site and check it out.

We're really looking forward to seeing the winners and their games. Make sure you do a blog post when the contest ends with lots of screenies!

I think it will take some real creativity to make that into a game.

Man is it just me or is this a kind of random part of the bible to be making games out of? http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=55&chapter=1&version=31I think it will take some real creativity to make that into a game.
