Dear Friends,

I just want to show you image from our recent project:

Models made by artist who participated in many AAA titles like Venetica and Deck 13.
We provide collada format for Torque3D so I think it will suits perfectly for any shooter or deset theme game around here :)

Gorgeous...how are you doing the effects on the ground? Is that lighting or decals?

- the ground is a tiled, large texture. You can see the tiling, if you focus on certain areas.
- I am also curious about where the images were derived.

Great price.

I love the look of this pack and cost indeed! BUT!

@Dejan

DTS need material.cs for proper setup in Torque3D.
DAE need modified material.cs for proper setup in Torque3D.
DTS/DAE Scale is off for Torque. Need re-export unless Torque can scale up/down at free cost.

Provided Collada has more than one material name for alpha material and Torque3D is grabbing the last one when the first is the actual one needed: i.e.
Material__martin_palm_leave_001_mt ->Proper MapTo name
Material__martin_palm_leave_001_mt_2 ->Torque Material Selected From File

Not all maps are mapped from the Collada to the material.cs.
i.e.
palm_leave_001.tga loaded
palm_leave_001_h.tga NOT LOADED
palm_leave_001_n.tga NOT LOADED
palm_leave_001_op.tga NOT LOADED
palm_leave_001_s.tga NOT LOADED

Red circle is BoomBot! Picture has only diffuse loaded in this shot, the tree still looks promising.

I will get shots from Heaven soon, would already if this pack was plug in play for Torque3D!

input input! Ok not so hot shots :( I am no artist, can not seem to figure out how to configure the material system to accept a specular map texture to reflect shininess only when the artist wants it.

But any way here what I got done, final in-game scale was .05 .05 .05 of supplied scale. Did not get a chance to place ladders etc... just tree and buildings.

@Dejan here is the Torque3D material.cs for your dts in the kit, I'm sure you want to rename the material names etc but you can see what it takes.

Those look great!!!
I am sure that there are some slight problems with materials because we provide 10-12 formats so maybe our exporters sometimes have some problems. But because of that we provide so many formats so you can always find at least one which work good for you. And even if you work 2-3 hours to correct some problems I think it is very worth to get these for 20€.

Can we add this video to our main page or gallery page :) ?
