The Repopulation Website gets a well needed facelift.

I have done a bit of work on websites before, but for the most part it was backend work in PHP working with user information and trying to securely get the information in and out of MySQL. The front end stuff I did looked like something more out of the 90s era of HTML standards. So, this time around I needed to make it look presentable and make the backend part work as well. Big thanks to Mikael Pettersson for doing a lot of the graphical design specs for the website and drop kicking me to keep working on the buttons and tabs.

It would probably been easy enough to download Joomla and have a good deal of what we have already there (wiki, forum, image gallery), but we wanted to integrate or game's account system into the website and make the two seemless. In the end the wiki we will probably swap out sometime later as the authentication piece is still having a bit of an issue, but the forum is tied into the account system we are using along with the image gallery and bug tracker. So, that is where it is at right now and hopefully tomorrow I can play with T3D instead of the website :-).

Looks nice and clean. Love the fact its not cluttered with flashy sparkly stuff-n-things and takes a very reasonable amount of screen space. Your "About" section truly should have something about the development team; it is one of the first things i look for on indie game websites.

Thanks for the suggestion. Probably need to add something there.

Checked out the website and was very impressed. Was very clean and well organized. I did go through the screenshots and noticed that you have two duplicates. One of the lady in the white dress with a medic symbol on her chest. The other is of the green ball of light in the center. So far the game look quite nice from the screen shots. Keep up the good work. And btw you may want to add a logo at the top so people can quickly associate the game with your web site.

if your registered on the site .. you shouldn't need to register on the forums... just login with the same login as the site.

we are still working on the site ... so some stuff aren't final yet. sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
