Also I wanted to add that while this title does not use iTGB we are currently developing one that does. It should be out within a few months so keep your eyes open:)

Ah right they pay per month, do they even have a way for developers to know in the meantime how many sales they have? Either way I am really curious to see how these Torque games sell

"Only the badge shown here is approved by Apple. Always use the badge artwork provided by Apple in accordance with these guidelines. Do not alter the artwork in any way. Never use graphics or images from Apple’s website or the App Store." ( devimages.apple.com/iphone/artwork/guidelines.pdf - pg 1, paragraph 2)
Yet I don't see any badge that looks like the one on www.perfectdorkstudios.com/BladeofBetrayal.html
I don't know your situation obviously - but I just barely got done reading + briefing my team on the guidelines myself. So I'm curious if I missed something.

Hey Billy - did you have to get special permission for some of those logos + images? I'm currently working on a iPhone game and all I saw was developer.apple.com/iphone/marketing/ . Which state stuff like the following:"Only the badge shown here is approved by Apple.

Thanks for bringing it up, though. It is worth a look.

I will look into that myself. I certainly don't want to go against the guidelines. I had heard about some of the guidelines but to be honest didn't know how strict they were at enforcing them. I see SO MANY sites, ads, etc using the imagery freely that maybe I just overlooked it. Thanks for bringing it up, though. It is worth a look.
