I'm converting Paul Dana and Brian Howards's resources to work with the latest build. This tracks the work I am doing to make the turret resource work in TGEA 1.8.1
Turret and AITurret Resource
I've started to add notes to this resource of my progress on porting the Turret code to TGEA 1.8.1 in an effort to do my multiplayer tank game. I'm probably going to do a Tron clone. I believe the turret resource should get me started. Here's a few pics from the development of the game (old project resurrected) I am designing the controls to work in my MAME arcade cabinet below. More updates soon.

Very cool! Something I missed from the Tron 2.0 game was the movie tank battles.

I managed to fix a few minor issues and so now I will substitute the basic turrets with my tank and barrel as above and try it in the maze. Update on the result of that soon.
