I'm currently developing an RPG game using TGE. Here's are some screenshots of our progress thus far !

1. His rest position doesn't look very comfortable (standing there with his arms back and bench too much at the elbow as if he's a robot where comfort nor exhaustion matters to him).
2. His run animation looks a bit over exaggerated as well. His knees look to be practically touching the ground every time he takes a stride.
Like the headdress and the barb. model for the most part though I think the skin texture could use a little more work.
All in all you have a decent start going so far though.

2 Main things I see right off hand with your barbarian character.1. His rest position doesn't look very comfortable (standing there with his arms back and bench too much at the elbow as if he's a robot where comfort nor exhaustion matters to him).

Thanks all ! Well scot, that's my default root animation. Nopw updated with the combat stance (which i'm having problems transiting to it)..

It might just be the camera angle on your barbarian.. but he looks a bit.. top heavy.. as the upper body and arms/lower body arnt in proportion with each other... Id suggest picking up a Body building magazine as reference. True there are lots of body types.. but from a purely visual aspect, the player is looking like his arms and legs are totally out of proportion.
