PS: That averages out to about a $1 per sound if your keeping score. :-)

The only issue I have a question about is the license stats it can only be used per 1 title but not every one is creating a SciFi Horror game so say I creat a SciFi game Thats 100 dollars to use the ScciFi portion of the pack .. then I create a Fantasy/horror game so I use the Horror portion of the pack. Thats 2 completely seperate copies of the pack I need which significantly raises the cost per sound.

@Will,

You do need to modify your EULA, to allow people to distribute the files with a game. The way it is currently worded, no one can distribute with their game and if they were to even so much as trim a sound down by a few seconds ( fractions thereof) they would be in violation of derivative works and modifications.

Quote:This Software and all Digital Lightstorm information on the GarageGames web site is proprietary material of Will Zettler and except as provided for by this agreement, may not be copied, reproduced, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Mojo Audios prior written permission.

You need to at least add a Section that allows the purchaser to modify as long as its being used/distributed as part of a game.

I for one would not pay $100 for a pack that has a one time use. That means I would have to charge at least $100 for my game to recover the costs of the pack alone. Not sure if that is what you were intending, but the way you have it worded you are "legally" moving yourself out of sales.

Might want to change/clarify those areas.

Hey guys, this was my mistake, I used the old EULA which was on a per product basis and forget to change it when I created the combo. Now you will the see the following corrections:

Quote:1. LICENSE AGREEMENT: This Software is copyrighted and protected by law and international treaty. You may download this Software through a web browser or copy it from GarageGames approved distributed media onto a single computer for use in the creation of electronic single or multi-player ganes ("Games"), unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by Will Zettler.

Quote:(a) create derivative works based on this Software for retail sale or distribution by any means other than as provided by this argreement;

This first part addresses the ability to use this for multiple game projects. The second part was actually already in there but needed the first part. This allows the creation of derivative works as long as they are for the use of games. My legalize isn't 100% so if anybody sees any other issues please let me know. From talking with Will I know his intent is to allow people to make multiple games and to modify the sounds for their games.
