Wow... she looks p1ssed off!

There is something wrong with the nose, it looks like she is a cat person, maybe its just the pictures but it looks off.
Also the poly count seems to be really low, she looks really blocky.
Again I'm not putting down your work, it's better than i can do, just wanted to give you a heads up on the "it looks like it could use a little more work".

Thanks for the comments, the polycount was intended to be low (this isn't a next-gen content pack, and aimed at MMO style games)

I think if you brush in some muscle tone in the very blank areas it will help.
Another suggestion that I could offer would be perhaps some tribal tattoo patterns. Again It will breakup the poly lines.
Keep at it though!
PS: are the Eyes inverted or something? the look like the are ALL black with a tiny white highlight.

get rid of some of the shading under the nose that is what is causing the CAT look. Other than that looks alright for low poly. Should prolly try to add a bit more shading for muscle-tone and what not. When making low poly character that means you just have to add that much more detail to the texture. It is the exact opposite as when you are desinging high-detail characters. In low poly you need as much detail as possible to help break up and distract for the polyshape.I think if you brush in some muscle tone in the very blank areas it will help.

I deliberately stayed away from tribal tattoo's as they are pretty trite imo, but thank you for taking the time to critique!

Thanks for the comments/suggestions, I have updated the skin. I deliberately stayed away from tribal tattoo's as they are pretty trite imo, but thank you for taking the time to critique!

Looks good. I think the "cat" look is because the nose doesn't come down far enough. It works a little better for the dark skinned models but looks odd on the light skin. But it's a fantasy character so the odd look can work too.
