This is to all of you working at GarageGames, I want to personally congratulate you for the Frontline Award, a great re-designed web portal, another successful and amazing year, and many things to come!
I am not the representative of a fortune 500 company nor do I even own any kind of business but as a human being, as a fellow independent game developer I want to say good job to all of you! I became part of this community in 2006 and even back then it was simply amazing to see the amount of effort put in to this living economy not only by you but by all the community members - in three years you guys have blown everyone's expectations away and released a line of incredible products plus many other things are going good for you as well!
You have not only created a magnificent game engine at an affordable price - you have created a monster with more power than anything else I have ever come across in this industry and the day that this beast will be fully unleashed upon the world is coming soon! It seems like every step ahead for Indies around the globe can be traced back to your efforts and the progress Independent game design as a whole has made is truly amazing.
A quote I came up with in Freshman year High School was "I may not live forever, but I will change the world forever!" and it truly applies to every single one of you, and of course to all of my fellow indies! We are part of a gigantic step ahead in progress that will be looked back at years from now, be proud - be very proud!
This is to GarageGames, my fellow community, and all Indies in the world! Congratulations to all of us and lets not tire and drown in success, lets show the world what we can do now that the gates have been opened for us to unleash our creative fury upon mankind! Our ability to make jaws drop will never again be questioned, grown men will choose the 360 over sports cars! Okay, now I'm getting carried away - congratulations to all of us, we're on the right path and our hard work is starting to pay off.
Everybody, good luck and god speed on all your projects - I am done here for now and wish you all a good night!

I hope that's meant to be positive, I love this community and the people at GarageGames. You guys aren't just doing your jobs - you're on a mission and from a third party perspective it seems like you guys are drinking way too much coffee, popping way to many pills (the wrong kind), or you're all possessed!
A few years back I believe it was you guys left me in the ultimate "OMFG WTF!?" stage ever - I bought TGE and was about half way through with the documentation when I all of the sudden see this page on your website talking about a mysterious new product by GG called the Torque Shader Engine. Man that was cool, I almost pissed my pants knowing that I can have that kind of technology available to me for only $99 i believe the EA version cost me. =)
