New game idea

I have a game concept that I would like to share with the Garage Games community and I would appreciate any feedback that you would provide me.

The thing is that I have lived on a trailer park for most of my life and no one has come up with a game that simulates the experience. My concept is a trailer park simulation that would allow the player to manage the day to day workings of a trailer park. The player would collect the rent , send maintence to repair trailers, and evict those that were not paying the rent.

The player would also have to deal with drug abusers and the police when the renters got too rowdy.
The player would also have to deal with the occasional tornado

As the player progresses through the game, the player would gain access to more land to expand the trailer park and advertise that the player was renting new units.

The game engine would be loosely based on the the Sim City engine and instead of dealing with an entire city i t would be based only on a few acres of land.

Well that's my game concept in a nutshell. This noob would appreciate any feedback from the community.
