GDNet: Tales from Journal Land
by Drew -Gaiiden- Sikora · 12/03/2008 (10:04 am) · 0 comments
Okay so here's the deal. I was planning another double-week epic Weekend Reading post for this Friday, since Turkey Day hangover prevented me from compiling anything last week. However recent family matters have cropped up that has me traveling for the next two days which means I won't be around to post anything. Therefore here are the entries from last week. Sometime this weekend after I'm back home and settled I will post up entries from this week. Any questions? No? Good.
Journal Land Pick of the Week
Excursions into the Unknown - Mike.Popoloski leads you through setting up Direct3D 10 and how it relates to SlimDX, kicking off another journal series revolving around D3D 10 and SlimDX. Normally I would be like, c'mon why not just publish it as a Featured Article? But with the new site version stuff like this will be commonplace (hint, hint) so kudos and I hope to see more journal series popping up in the future!
