3D Action Adventure Kit Screen Shots

Hello everyone!
We've been working really hard here over the past few weeks and I wanted to show you some new screen shots of the 3D Action Adventure Kit we've been developing. It's really close to being finished (within the next few weeks) and we just want to make sure it is as polished and bug free as we can make it before we release it for the community. A full list of the kit features will be coming soon.
If you are interested in finding out when it will be released, we will be sending out a notice to anyone registered at our website (www.ubiqvisuals.com).
Feedback, suggestions, and critiques are more than welcome!

@Ian Roach
Yes it works on all dif/dts shapes. Each dif/dts in the editor has a new set of attributes that you can allow the player to climb on it or grab onto it's edges or disallow it.
There is also an extensive camera trigger system which allows you to switch between different dynamic camera modes or more controlled camera angles.
@Kory
Yes we have a version of the Roadie Run. It's not exactly the same as the Gears of War camera but we do have a player cam that follows behind the player in a similar fashion. Our "Roadie Run" camera works more like the Shadow of Colossus player camera.

As for a cover system, that is something we have discussed but have no plans in the immediate future to develop. If enough people start requesting for it, we will definitely look into the possibilities of developing it. So please let us know what sort of features you would like and we can look into developing them for you. :D

With the camera works more like the Shadow of Colossus player camera do you think you can make the camera shake like GOW.I will make sure i purchase this pack.
thank again

Yes currently the camera does shake with the player movement. How this works is that the camera always looks at a camera node that the animator places in the player animation files. This camera node can be animated to give any sort of effect you'd like (bobbing, shaking, etc.)
@Sean
Thank you for the offer to help out! We are currently done our latest play tests but I'll keep you in mind if we need additional help. As for educational possibilities, that is one of the main objectives for this kit. We want to make it easy for learners to understand how to make their own non-fps game. When the kit is launched we will be publishing an extensive list of resources that help guide learners through every step to help them make their own characters, animation, sound, level designs, and camera controls, etc. Our goal is to make the cost of entry of learning game design as low as possible. And the best type of learning is always hands on learning.

I agree whole heartedly. I certainly want to apply the knowledge of this kit to another GG engine, so I am pretty excited to see how you did it..
