ProjS DOWNLOADABLE Beta. (Mage Heavy!)

Yes my friends, mage heavy. Indeed, I meant to write "Image Heavy" but I decided that "Mage Heavy!" was much more enticing.
Go ahead! I dare you!
So the fruit of 63+ hours of labor has finally ripened enough to not sour completely in a fruit tester's mouth if given the opportunity to try it.
Ellipses, so you know you are moving on the elevator to heaven.
The last ten hours were by far the most brutal. After coming off a break of about a month, I would change things in the scripts, only to find out that I fundamentally broke the game -- about an hour later. Woe is me.
He is as dangerous as he is round.
But I persevered with ever the thought of the beta tester in mind. [/melodrama]
Tag team match. No match for Bobo
So the game: it is my senior project for school. It is much alike to my endeavor called Unek. You must avoid enemies such as spheres and pesky turrets. You can run, jump, wall jump, slide and ride X and Y elevators. You do math problems to activate certain doors/elevators. Quite an interesting game; maybe it is done, maybe not.
Father Lenin sure hopes I finish it: as in work on it more -- a true game is never finished!
Any feedback you would be willing to give would benefit me greatly, and I would appreciate you for it, maybe even send you a thank-you card. Through email of course.
Without any further nonsense:

Thanks for the attention.

I finished the game on my first time through (YAY ME :P).
Overall its a pretty good idea and the gameplay was pretty solid. Also the game mechanics were very solid.
Things to change:
The biggest thing that I ran into was that it was hard to avoid the balls or the turrets while trying to answer a question. You may want to think about stopping the enemies while someone is typing in an answer. It would make the game less annoying.
The second thing is the button(s) for the platforms. Seemed to me that if I missed getting on the platform after hitting the button, then I had to restart the game.
Nice Job!!

I liked it.

Mike, you are not supposed to make the first jump.
Anthony, thanks for the balanced criticism, my friend! Which platforms did not come back down? They all should go back to their starting positions after a few seconds.
Taylor and Ben, I'm pleased that you enjoyed it.

For me the very first platform did not come back down. It happened once or twice. After restarting twice I just made sure that I was on the platform right when I hit the button. I will take a look at it again and see if it does come back and how long it takes.

Thanks Anthony! I would appreciate it. The platform should take around 60 seconds to come back down.

I can't get past the first math problem. Never takes my answer.

Thanks bro.

You must stand directly over top of the question and press the enter key when you type in the correct number. If you are doing that, it would benefit me if you posted your machine's specs and a screen shot of you solving the problem in game. Thanks bro.

It's a good start so far, definitely. Good Job!

This has some crazy potential!!! I really liked what I just played through, some more work on the art and gameplay, some nice sounds, you could have yourself a nice game here if you put some work in to it!It's a good start so far, definitely. Good Job!

What's the cheat code for the wall jump? I'm too dumb to do it.

Looking forward to seeing how it polishes up over time.

Audio feedback for wall jumps would be a huge improvement. Great concept. I must say, doing math on my feet took a few retries, heh.Looking forward to seeing how it polishes up over time.

I don't know what the trick is, but I never made it across the first jump. (kept slamming my face into the cliff wall)
