Journal Land Pick of the Week

Gaiiden's Scroll - Yes, I am tooting my own horn. Toot! Toot! This past Tues and Wed I was in Montreal attending the Int'l Game Summit there, and I have summaries and pictures from the event - full coverage coming next week.

It seems the holidays are kicking in - journal posts are way down lately. Still some good stuff in what is up though!

* Digital Playground - OrangyTang has a short video of a scripted level in his game Rescue Squad 2 - I agree that the lighting is superb

* iLiNX - urs is pondering whether to implement DOF for his project - if anyone has experience working with it that would like to offer an opinion, swing on by

* mittentacular - mittens has released the source to his last project in progress Cubegasm, and has started up a new endeavor also using XNA called Brain Snack. Yes, he has L4D on the brain if you haven't noticed

* Happenings with VBStrider and Crew - this week's update inlcudes a link to a new version of Stick Adventures Online, a sneak peek at some Loradon artwork, programmer and community reports

* Gauntlets of Recursion (+3) - prepping for the world-wide debut of Skirmish, HopeDagger has set up the game's website

* Ye Olde Ramblings - Telastyn gives a preview of what Typeclasses will be like in Tangent

* Journal of EasilyConfused - EasilyConfused is progressing more on Pod and accepting feedback for his recently published article here on the site

* Untitled - Tape_Worm has updated Gorgon, and is wondering if his Google code Gorgon files are being downloaded by actual people
