United Conflict Weapons

As some of you may know, I have been working on a game called United Conflict.
So far the team is only just getting started, but progress is well underway.
I thought I would upload some work in progress of some of the weapons we are creating.
Please not only the pipebombs shading groups are set up.

Comments and feedback are always welcome.

Yeah the revolver has about 1900 polys but that should be fine fo it right? Oh yeah the revolver is the only one that is flat shaded there... so I need to fix all of those.

1900 polys should be fine. In Torque's documentation it gives estimations for polygon counts and those shouldn't really be follow... those recommendations were written 6-8 years ago :)

Looks good! I am having trouble placing the revolver. It looks like a Raging Bull but the upper ribs are not right, and the S&W 460 does not have ribs. Definitely not a Ruger GP100.. Which revolver is that modeled after, or is it a combination?:)

as for models, its hard to say, cause there is no wireframe...
as for current status - work with smoothing groups more...

i'm actually not 100% sure which revolver it is, I used it for reference so its not a combination, maybe i just modelled something wrong ha ha...

No looks good, I just like revolvers. Did you model the ejector rod? I see a rod but looks like it might be on the other side? Normally the cylinder rotates out on the side that the release is on. That was the only thing that got my attention.

Were these made with Milkshape? Love the revolver and sniper rifle!

Yeah they were done in milkshape... I can model in Max but I find milkshape so much easier to make the objects from scratch... just personal preference i guess.
