Hi there,
we are about to start some casual game production and can't solve one problem.
The game will be about a young magician who is studying at the old wizard's(Nosy Took) magic store. One day the teacher is gone and our hero is to manage the store by herself.
That is the point when the player begins and here is the hero concept:

We are situated in Russia and wanted to give the main hero some russian-style name, but we failed to choose it. So, help us, please!
Here is the list with which we have ended up:
1. Natasha (4 votes)
2. Natashka (0 votes)
3. Nastya (2 votes)
4. Katya (1 vote)
5. Nadya (3 votes)
6. Emmie (2 vote)
Please vote for the name in such kind of experiment and help us to choose!
Looking forward to your comments and thank you very much!

that's Russian in origin and means Defender of Man
I think that's proper for a hero don't you?
Also you could have some other character call her Aleksi once in awhile - And she would hate that cause that's a boy's name. That would make for some comic relief on the plot.
By the way, Aleksi is also Russian in origin and means Helper of Man wich also fits a hero anyway.
