How do I mod Think Tanks

I would like to make my own MOD of Think Tanks. I would like to add ufo's , different tanks, different weapons, change the color of the heads of the tanks. How do I go about doing it? Can anybody help me?

@Chris - You will want to post your Think Tanks related questions in the Think Tanks Forum. Blogs are usually reserved for developer updates and showing off. The forums are used for asking questions and seeking help.
