"Wooooooooooooo!"
IRC Hour This Thursday (10/16)
This is a reminder that this month's IRC Hour is in two days. In my September Documentation Wrap Up, I mentioned that we will only be having IRC Hour once a month, and it starts at 5:00pm PST (8:00pm EST). I encourage everyone to join in, especially if you want to talk iTorque, TDN, and documentation. However, the discussion is not limited to those 3 categories. Hop in and talk away =).IRC Server: irc.maxgaming.net
IRC Port: 6667
Channel: #GarageGames

iTGB
In case you've missed Brett's most recent blog, iTGB 1.0.1 made it out the door. What most of you don't know (unless you are an iTGB user), is that I joined in the QA and documentation for iTGB voluntarily. There was a lot to improve on from iTGB 1.0, but the results are very satisfying.Porting a TGB game...

...to the iPhone, has been streamlined

I even got my hands a little dirty with some coding, though it wasn't much:

The above was just some GUI and script work, and it still needs to be fully functional, but it counts as my first code contribution as a GG employee.....huzzah!
So, what's next for iTGB? I'll be focusing almost completely on documentation, in what spare time I have. I'll only have time to create docs on TDN, for now. I'll be setting up a TDN section for iTorque this weekend, which is where I'll send most you iTGB devs to for fixes and doc correction. As new versions of the iTorque engines are released, I'll try to roll the TDN changes into the offline docs.
Look for the October Documentation Wrap Up in a few weeks...I have some REALLY cool stuff to talk about and show off...none of which has to do with my perma-snarl.

I'm curious as to what's going on with the documentation.
Not so much iTGB(Since I don't have a Mac and don't plan on getting one anytime soon)
