This is the day I downloaded Torque Gamebuilder 1.74. It's a requirement for my GSP240 (Practical Game Design with Lab) class from DeVry University Online. Hopefully, this will help me advance my budding career as a video game developer.

Welcome John! I hope your game developer education is as fun (and hopefully less painful) than mine was! =)

Welcome DeVry Brother! I too and in the GSP degree there:) Nice to see others going to such a fine school. I am just in my second year and am currently taking the basic Physics class at the moment. If you ever need any help or have some insight for me, you sound like you might be farther along as I have yet to actually use any Torque product for a class project, although I do plan on using one of them for my senior project;) I think you are going to find Torque wonderful to work with in all their incarnations. Welcome to the Community and good luck to you!

I'm in my last few sessions at DeVry in the GSP degree. I love the Torque Game Engine especially after implementing the Modernization Kit to get shader support. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun and learn a great deal from a great engine that is affordable to us Indies. Thanks GG.
