It was quite slow but effective production and finally we released our angel pack!
It has next-gen texture set and 25 animations, including very rare ones, like sleeping :)
You could get more information at angel product page.
Here are some screenshots

If you would like to trace angel production from the beggining to the end just look in our forums!
The pack is available in two versions
-FULL(souces are included), price is $54.99
and
-INDIE(only Torque needed files + not rigged character model in different formats), price is $34.99.
Any comments are welcome! We hope you will like it:)

Wow... I was about to say that it reminds me of Assassin's Creed...

For now the wings are connected to the body and can't be hidden. But we could simply detach them and make some texture changes, than name the character Assassin's Creed Returns :)
@David Blake, Koushik
Thank you for your kind feedback

What is the difference between Indie and Full? Indie says no rig which means the model is not rigged for animation.

The difference is in materials you get.
INDIE = files you need to plugin character into torque, no sources for modification provided.
FULL = files you need to develop your own character - all sources included(animation, rig, psd etc.)
