Yeah... it's just ok. the resolution doesn't appear all that high and your title should take more of a center stage.. I'd say nice try... but get some sleep and try again in the AM.. sorry.

You should make the text a little lighter so it's more prominent.

Not a bad logo but like pesto and keller said your title should stand out. Don't add any noise to the title. If you must keep it small.

yeah It's a little too busy. It should be like a rubber stamp that would work if you colored everything black and stamped it on white paper. It is indeed creative but is too much to be duplicated everywhere. It has potential though. If you mix the bloodstain with the back ground piece just right people will still be able to recognize it in if both where black and you can leave the text white. You may wanna dig through different fonts for one that still looks like a typewriter but is easier to read like the resident evil text. Just remember that your logo needs to go on everything even simple formal letters in one color. The last thing you want is for your logo to be misread or not read at all. The greatest example I could give you is the Nike Swoosh.

glenn has some good ideas... I like the Stamp Idea... Just like a stamp off center/diagonal with the text really standing out and the blood dripping/coloring it just a bit.. you could also blur a few copies of the text slightly off center behind it too to give it that edgy feel.

I think it's a little too noisy though. In design one of the prime rules is "big, medium, small". I'd say you have too much small detail (noise, tiny dots, etc) and not enough medium-sized shapes... especially with the red.
Just a friendly, hopefully helpful critique - nice work! :)
