TGE, Add-Ons, what a wonderful world :)

So, I have returned to game development as an actual potential for of income. And so I have began work adding a lot of the needed resource for our (my small team) first project back at the wheel.
Basically, we want to create a modern war game, with an in-game lobby, with a persistent ranking system and online stats. The game will be released for free, but supported by in-game ads... Wait, in-game ads? Well, not actually in-game, but in-menu. In the lobby there will be banner and text ads displayed in a designated area, that will allow for un-obtrusive, but effective ad placement. I believe CPM ads would do extra well in this case. At first, grabbing dynamic content off the web would have been a doozy, but luckily this resource: http://www.mmoworkshop.com/trac/mom/wiki/TGBBrowser allowed me to add it to TGE, and now, because it is a mozilla based plugin and users can navigate to the site, we can use Google AdSense without breaking the ToS.
We are wanting to use as much content from this website as possible, so we don't have to waste time or money reinventing the wheel. But, some content will have to be paid for due to the need for higher quality game art. For this, I extend a question to those who are 3d modelers. Can you email me (anthonybertoloATgmail.com) and let me know what you would charge to:
Build a Torque ready vehicle model with animation
Build a modern war soldier based off the orc skeleton (as there are plenty of animations we can make use of)
I have also got the cg water resource plugged in with TLK and working perfectly :)
Thanks to Stefan Lundmark, I have obtained a copy of TGELobby and will be making the needed changes to allow for user accounts, and visible ranking system in-lobby.
The one thing I want you to keep in mind is that all add-ons to things like the TGELobby that we do, will be released as a resource.
I will wait to begin posting screenshots until we have some original art, or I get a request to see something of which I discuss in a future plan. I am sure none of you want to see a screenshot filled with stuff you have already seen!
Until next time,
