Plan for Tim Gift

Got a bit done on CVS today. I now have a modified version of CVS which uses our mysql database to verify login, passwords, and access to particular cvs root dirs. Not to shabby :)

I have a meeting tomorrow morning, but in the afternoon I'll start work on checkout/update logging, and some more access and bandwidth control stuff.

Having the CVS going will be very nice. We've already made a few changes to the source, and this will make it much easier to disseminate fixes and updates.
