The D.E.X Urban Content Pack contains all the following items and vehicles all in one. It should be ready within a week or two. Just have to figure out a few things. I have been able to port all the items to torque (DTS) with the exception of the fence. I have run into a few problems.

How to make the fence texture double sided in Maya (once I can figure this out I will probably add 2 other fences to the pack)
And
How to basically get the vehicles ready for export. Like setting up mount points, setting up a flying vehicle etc. its all quite complex for me.

If anyone knows how to sort this out in Maya, I will gladly give you the pack for free.
Apart form that, I am trying to make the pack as cheap as possible. So feedback will be greatly appreciated. Just tell me how much you are willing to pay for all this. I'm thinking like $40 for items and the vehicles a freebie when you buy the pack. As I am not sure if I can figure everything out related to the vehicles.

The files will be in DTS, Maya (mb) and OBJ format

Very nice! Any chance the buggy in the Extra pack can come with the weapon as an optional attachment?

Clean looking work!, vehicles are very nice for seemingly lowPoly. I think it will definitely help market the content by getting these objects as 'Torque-ready' as possible, with the needed nodes for functionality setup; as you, yourself said, 'it's all quite complex'...to have 3 vehicles working in a pack representing the 3 vehicle classes along with some enrivo-side goodies, smart idea! Wish I knew Maya...might also help to get the assets into some other formats for the 'endusers' of the 3D world? OBJ is a nice robust format...pretty generic, good choice. Might thing about a lowEnd boned format as well?? Just a thought.

...might also help to perhaps include some [dts]shapes that might 'normally' accompany these type of vehicles?? just a thought! Fuel cans, tools, etc...;). Immersion, baby, immersion....almost looks like two separate products...vehicles & urban enviromentals.

Good luck!

I could see that stuff being good for rts developers, all the scenery things a person needs, towers, fences, barrels, buggies. nice work

Looking Good!
Vehicle would look great Torque ready, Mad Max style with seperate rockets at the back as projectiles. Canon fire at the front. Maybe a wire mesh texture over the windows to make it look like it's been reinforced with amour.
