News about Pelorea: Tactical War

Documentation
First release of game documents (game design and game background) have already been delivered to MyDreamRPG according to their requirement. I'm now working on an implementation guideline in order to coordinate the different developpers that may work on this project. Thierry (another team member) is working what we called the game library which is a document listing exhaustively all items / cards / misc that will be used in the game and in relation with Pelorea background.
Concerning the development process, you can find here a breakdown of the project in some important features along with a breakdown in different release (aka. milestones). Of course, this document will be updated after each milestone in order to take into account the testing phase in between milestones.

Technical aspects
I'm currently using TGEA for this project, and as Pelorea: Tactical War is a tactical RPG i'm putting some new code to manage RTS-like game. I'm in fact merging some previous code of the RTS-kit and also putting new code for hexa-map management, visibility management, and so on.
Team
We aim to start development (code, arts..) end of June when all documentations will be ready. This approach will be used mainly to mitigate risks of online teams and have a clear path focusing us. We are already in discussion with some people to participate in this project mainly previous friends / knowings or new pals working in the same area. An important point is that all team members are signing a partnership contract in order to set-up clearly every aspect of their contributions and potential benefits afterwards.
