Minions of Mirth - Patch 1.24.3

We've updated the Torque based MMORPG, Minions of Mirth, to version 1.24.3 and the patch notes are below.

+ Changed Knight Durryst to Fellowship of Light realm (FoL players couldn't talk to him)

+ Changed Vendors in the Desert to be friendly to monsters

+ Mobs now switch to closest target only if most hated cannot be attacked.

+ Adjusted the recommended level of the Burning Orb to 70 match the level of the quest

+ Added rec level 70 to Idol of Lord Tenebrous

+ Increased max stack size to 50 for Skulls and Gate potions.

+ Changed Ranseur model to something more appropriate.

+ Fixed typo with Ogbob Bighammer (called himself Ogbog)

+ Fixed typo with Durukan's greatsword (was using wrong leech proc)

+ Fixed stats on Amulet of the WarLich proc

+ Updated Black Bear Quest.

+ Updated description of Horn of Ghorul Gate.

+ Moved Key of the Keep from Knight Durryst to Master of the Keep

+ Added Named Gargoyle (Gargouille) to swamp

+ Moved Orb Shard One from Knight Durryst to Gargouille

+ Fixed resurrection spells so caster no longer needs to have a valid target.

+ Added some formatting to platinum amount in inventory pane.

+ Any effects bound with resurrection other than health, mana or stamina now get ignored.

+ Resurrection spells which should restore health, mana and / or stamina should now work correctly.

+ Fixed description on Herculean Strength to say Target, not Alliance

+ Fixed chat commands in macros to work again.

+ Fixed enchanting of raw focii gained by disenchanting focii.

+ Fixed target description on mobs that have secondary/tertiary level defined but no related class.

+ Mob pets no longer warp, only player pets.

+ Pets now only warp if their master isn't feared and they themselves aren't feared, stunned, asleep or rooted.

+ Fixed a bug in weapon range calculation, if a secondary weapon was equipped primary would be ignored to determine max range.

+ Fixed automatic item acquisition when an item would go into head slot or wouldn't be equippable at all.

+ Charming mobs now dispels their pets

+ Enabled autostacking on vaults.

+ When looting soulbound items, confirmation window only appears if you are in an alliance.

+ All /craft commands are now case insensitive.

+ The enchanting cooldown message now displays the character's name.

+ Added encyclopedia links to crafting messages.

+ If possible, crafting will now stack charges, not only stack counts.

+ Changed macro hotkeys so number keys require shift or control for secondary macro pages. F-keys still work across all macro pages the same (can create multiple macros using the same hotkey on different pages with F-keys only now.).

+ Buff Window's encyclopedia integration changed to match the feel of other GUI windows:
* Shift click to open encyclopedia page.
* Shift-Right click to add link to chat.

+ Simplified crafting on server side. The client now determines recipe id by name or ingredients in crafting window.

+ Optimizations to item handling code.

+ Players can once again drag-and-drop spell scrolls into empty spell slots in the spell book to learn the spell.

+ Fixed lower bound check on bane enchantments.

+ Fixed a chat bug that caused "lp" to prefix any "last channel" messages after a player used "/help".

+ Fixed a bug that was setting a player's avatar size to the wrong value. (This usually resulted in the character becoming gigantic.)

+ Blacksmithing should now be properly setting the charges on items crafted with this skill.

+ Fixed illusion textures.

+ Fixed odd behavior caused by backslashes in /memo.

+ Fixed a possible chat bug if the sender of a tell ended their message with a backslash.

+ Fixed a bug in tracking. Tracking should no longer show mobs that are really far away.

+ Player and player's pets will not remain invisible while attacking or casting.
* If an invisible player attacks or cast, the player will become partially visible.
* If an invisible player's pet attacks or casts, the player and the pet will become partially visible.

+ Players may no longer target mobs or players they cannot see.

+ Enchantments on invalid items now get removed.

- Fixed possible crash bug

- Fixed a possible bug when deleting characters that could remove bank items

- Mobs now attack nearest target if they get rooted.

- Kill penalty is no longer distributed across alliance, only killer gets it.

- It is no longer possible to activate the console during multiplayer games.

I would recommend anyone wanting to do an MMO to hop on over to MMOWorkshop and checkout the Torque MMO Kit - Community Edition. I am very impressed with the kit so far and can't wait for the professional edition.
