... on the road again

It's been some time. I've been busy working on TSE (or whatever current name is) levels for a customer (which I hope to be allowed to show here soon enough) and other, rather mundane tasks. One has to eat... and freelancing rarely leaves space for complaining about kind of job you can get. Luckily for me I managed to cut off some spare time to work on side projects, main of them being model of XVII c. galeon called "Batavia". I've followed guidelines of POTBS for custom models regarding polycount and other requirements but to be 100 % honest I am not quite sure I will give it away for free after spending considerable ammount of time on it. I've been wondering how it would look like in TSE, with all the shaders, normal maps, lights and such but to do that (to implement ship' functionality that is, I can put model on water easily by myself) I am afraid I would need a programmer. In any case- please, take a look, here is how she looks right now, about 80 % finished

Looking nice. Concerning the "ship ability", it is easy to do. If you need some help, just email me at frank AT darkhand-studio.com .
