Why do I do these things?

Apparently, my life was not busy enough dividing my time between a 9-5 job as a programmer, co-founding a company that has taken on two projects already, spending time with my girlfriend and two dogs, and planning social events for visiting friends (the curse of living in Florida).
WTF, let's just stack a few more things on the list:
If you have never seen a thread entitled "Can Torque do this?" or "Torque and MMO?", then you haven't been paying attention. Occasionally, veteran posters lose their composure or run out of patience, and flame those who honestly could not find the information because they haven't set their forum subscriptions or discovered the TDN yet.
Thus, I present the early version of my Consolidated FAQ. I know it is no where near completion, and I'm aware only SDK members can access it right now. I am not insane or a liar when I say I love to help others and get much joy from writing and consolidating documentation. I'm dedicated to this project, and hope others find it useful. As it becomes a more complete article, I will create a resource here on GG so non-SDK holders can view it, both of which will be updated as frequently as I am able.
This next piece is geared toward the members of TIG: Orlando. At our last meeting, there were a lot of questions geared toward programming and tech. While this is not the main focus of the TIG meetings, it's not something we intend to ignore. There are plans to create an internal network, or mailing list, that TIG members can take advantage of when they need that extra bit of personal help with a project or chunk of code. More to come on that . . .
I'm totally out of new game related images to display, but since images are necessary, here is a picture of what my friends convince me to do when they get me drunk enough. Several high-powered paintball rounds to the back with no protection, just a paper target. The worst shot was from 3 feet away.

- Compiling hundreds of GG resources, documentation, and threads into one comprehensive TDN article[li]Provide advice and Torque knowledge in an effort to build an educational game development curriculum for high school students[li]Build a TIG developer network (name not decided yet)

Insane!
When you purchase license to access source code of an engine, you are supposed to be a bit smart and able to dig in the code, or to find relevant information by yourself.
One of the weakest side of TGE, TGB is certainly the documentation, though there is a strong effort in that field.
In fact, TGE should be sold with both Ken Finley's and Edward Maurina's book.
Any TGB book planned?

The thing is, no software application will ever have completed documentation. Some will be better than others, giving us the opportunity to help out.
*EDIT* - Oh, and about the targeting. . .the shooter is my best friend and co-founder of Zombie Shortbus, Justin. I asked him not to aim for the head, since I was turned around and I feel the back of the head is the most vulnerable to trauma. Sadly, you can't see the green paint in my hair (got clipped out of the picture). . .I caught one rogue paintball to the side of the head, and man that did not feel great. . .

I'm actually insanely impressed with the documentation that came with the TGB demo, and from what the license holders in my company say, the rest of the documentation in the forums and TDN are amazing as well. The thing is, no software application will ever have completed documentation. For the rest of the documentation; there are a few holes that would need to be filled.
But well, regarding price of licence, I'm very happy with it.
We shot one of friend to the throat during a paintball game years ago. I remember he did not enjoyed at all.
I also got shot in the inner of the top leg, and yes it reminds you what pain means for a short time.

Ouch, aparrently making Torque documentation is very painful.
Torque Owner BigPapa
You must have been really drunk. Dude, just say you went back to the future, fought the Terminator in the year 2024, took a picture for proof and came back.
BRILLIANT!!!
