But hey, it's free. .

I figured why let a model go to waste.
This is just something that I have been working on lately in my spare time. You may recognize the design to be similar to that in the www.projectoffset.com videos, which inspired me on some parts of this.

I model every once and a while ( RL consumes me most of the time ). So here it is, fantasy architecture for free. I'm doing this for several reasons
1. Free models are always nice to have
2. I really would like to see this in-game.
3. I still, sadly, do not own TGE or TGEA

As you can see, there are no UV maps or textures do to the fact that I am not good at that. Therefore you may consider this more of a resource than ready-to-go model.

A really bad render. . .

and that same render after some photoshopping

and now the download link

Thanks, and C&C are always welcome.

I don't have Max to try it out, but it looks great. If you have an .OBJ version, it would be fun to play around with it. The art in Project Offset really is inspiring.

Thanks for the comments =]

My apologies for it just being max. I just re-uploaded resource.zip, which now includes .OBJ and .3DS.

Thanks again,

You really should be able to test your models in the demo if you're curious. The engine REALLY is a good buy, but if you are just poking around or making art (for FREE especially) -- you should be able to put the stuff right into the demo. Get some experience in the system, you'll see you can't live without it:) And that's some motivation to spend the $$. Heck you could even build some models on the cheap and sell them to supplement your hobby -- it doesn't take much, or long.

I used to check out all my stuff in the demo as well, then I eventually purchased it so I felt better about the screenshots I took to show people

I would love to see it in TGEA.
I plan on buying TGEA in the end of May =]

well its not that its to high just for TGEA but for any engine except when this should be an ENORMOUS hall, then 6000polys might be ok for a whole level
what could be done is that one makes a low poly version and makes normal maps out of the high poly model
