Work continues on evolving the design for Myr Accomplishments this past week include:

(*) Established the first milestone of September 1st, which will be when we start coding the first release of Project 'Myr' called Alpha One. Between now and then, we have to finish the design document, define Alpha One, layout an iteration schedule, and start learning V12. We don't expect to know all of V12 by 9/1, but rather be familiar enough with the scripting language to start developing Alpha One.

(*) Continued expanding the design for Myr via the private forums. Topics that we focused on this week include: Game World, Feature Set, Coordinated Teamplay, Mission Ideas, User Interface, and Character Classes. Most of the thought for next week is going towards the mission environments and character classes in order to help firm the overall vision of Myr.

(*) Dave wrote the first draft of the Game Overview, Feature Set, and User Interface sections of the design document.

(*) Ryan gave Dave and I rights to the 21-6.com site to facilitate faster publishing with content updates.

(*) Dustin has started working on some concept art and models for the Myrmidon "soldier" class.

(*) Continued to clean up the 21-6.com site.

(*) Added a "Task List" and "V12 Research Items" sections to the private forum to help track ideas as they surface.

(*) Invited Dustin to the Private Forums in order to start engaging in the design discussions.

(*) Learned of the Indie X-Box development program which we will be watching closely.
