More codeblocks

Well had some time this weekend and created a lexer xml file for codeblocks to syntax highlight torque script files and created a set of project & workspace files for use with codeblocks in Linux for the RTS starter kit.

Both can be found either @ draekko.atspace.com or draekko.awardspace.com.
