Oliver,
Man this is cool looking, can't wait until you get it up on GGE so I can play it!

Keep up the great work, you rock!

The run looks a little stiff, like you just rotated arms instead on drawing each frame. Think about the mass of the body and bring the animation to life with subtle secondary movements like bobbing of the breast, also the head and pelvis don't seem to go up/down at all durring the cycle. If this is your first attempt at 2d animation I'd encorage getting "The ANIMATORS SURVIAL KIT" by Richard Williams, he was the lead animator in "Who framed roger Rabbit" and fills that book with all the goody tips he learned apprenticing under Disney's various Original Animators. It is an AWESOME BOOK!!!

Good Luck

@Justin: Thanks. :) And thank you and co for the great tool.

@Anthony: Thank you. :) I will forward this to the artist. He said he has the running animation complete now, I will get to see it on the week end. I would also like it to look more cute like on the sketches.

@Bhrarathae: I didn't draw them but I will forward it to my friend. :)

@Glen C: Was done using SnagIt.. cool little tool.
