PC Guitar Hero Clone Prototype Release

This is the first version of my working PC Clone Guitar Hero prototype.
There's still a lot of work to be done but using the Freetar Hero editor, you can create and play your favorite MP3s in Guitar Hero style. If you have a USB2PS2 converter you can even use your GH guitar.
Done using TGE 1.4

oh sweet jesus YES! I've been waiting for someone to complete an implementation of this. Not that playing "Cowboys from hell" for the 200038487th time isnt fun, but i need SOMETHING to keep me entertained untill GH2 comes out. Now, if I only had a usb/ps2 converter...

Selectable difficulty (troublesome, since people would have to make different difficulty levels)
A bit more visual feedback (make the gui a bit more like guitar hero, natch)
etc,etc
Keep up the good work, I'm off to find some deftones, slipknot, black sabbath, zeppelin :)

OK, after stopping at radio shack and picking up the adapter, I've played this for a little bit... damn, the people who put together some of those songs are a little crazy! I'm no master at all, but im not bad... A couple things I'd love to see:Selectable difficulty (troublesome, since people would have to make different difficulty levels)
A bit more visual feedback (make the gui a bit more like guitar hero, natch)
etc,etc

I'll be updating and posting new releases as I continue development. I really just wanted to get something out there for people to play around with.

Yellow - Left Arrow
Orange - Right Ctrl
Strum Up (or down) - Left Shift
Then hold the keyboard out in front of you facing away from you. Grip your bindings like a guitar and goto town.
