Aaaalright,
engine modifications made, design document written and first art sets made. Now I can finally start the real work on my third TGB game. I'm going to make a small Zelda-style adventure and this game is going to be the birthday present for my best friend. It will contain lots of insider jokes between us and I hope he is going to like it and laugh his ass off some weird ideas I came up with.
Here's a small list with features I want to have in this game:
- Big continuous world(well.. the biggest game world I created thus far)
- A bunch of enemies with fun AI plus 5 or boss enemies that are to defeat
- Scripted inventory
- Triggered cutscenes with story elements
- Triggered surprise events
- A few small side quests you don't have to fulfill but will give some fun goodies
- One or two spell besides the melee scythe weapon the character wields
I hope I will get over with this fast... I already have so many other cool ideas for games. :)
