Free 2d tile sets

Dan Cook over at one of my favorite blogs, Lost Garden, just released a set of free 2d tiles that might help some people here. Take a look.

I've got a game design idea that I wanted some of these images for, I'm really glad Dan still had em, I think my version of em is still stuck in a hard drive on a floor in team17's warehouse :) although I could be wrong.
Dont forget, Dan already gave out some tilesets for a RTS and an old space shooter called Iron Plague (man those were the days :))

Hehhe.. I'm glad Dan posted em, he's the most amazing artist/designer I've ever worked with. Oops, I spoke too soon. Unfortunately they aren't TGB friendly. =(

Why aren't these TGB friendly? It looks like it would need a little bit of tweaking, but you get that with any set of graphics you download. I think they look fantastic, and am definitely going to keep these around for use in a TGB game. It would be nice if there were a free TGB content pack based off of these graphics.
